RESIDENCY-

A reservation deposit of $500.00 and a $100.00 application fee apply.  This deposit & fee are non-refundable.  This deposit will only hold a room for 30 days.  After the 30 days other arrangements will have to developed between Administration and the resident/family.

RESIDENCY LEVEL III:

This plan of living consists of the following: 3 meals per day, emergency call system, 24-hour supervision, scheduled transportation, cable, housekeeping, weekly linen change, and personal laundry service.  Assistance with two of the following services: medication supervision, bathing, dressing, or incontinence.

RESIDENCY LEVEL IV:

This plan of living consists of the following: 3 meals per day, emergency call system, 24-hour supervision, scheduled transportation, cable, housekeeping, weekly linen change, and personal laundry service.   Assistance with three or more of the following services: medication supervision, bathing, dressing, incontinence, and other personal care services that are required per residents activities of daily living.
*Additional personal care services approved by Administration.  Services must be ALF suitable.
